Responsibilities
* Support the physical, emotional and social wellbeing of residents, providing personal care such as washing, dressing, hygiene, and assisting with meals.
* Assist with daily activities in the home, ensuring residents maintain dignity and independence.
* Deliver compassionate care, ensuring residents’ individuality and well‑being is upheld.
* Recognise signs of abuse, harm or neglect and follow safeguarding procedures, attending required training.
* Report concerns and seek appropriate advice, including escalation if action is not taken.
