You'll participate in assessments, contribute to care planning, support interventions and evaluate progress with the wider MDT, focusing on providing clear clinical guidance, emotional support and consistent therapeutic engagement from assessment through to transition into Adult Services. Effective caseload management, sound clinical judgement and a calm, supportive approach are key to ensuring safe, responsive and childcentred care.
