Anderselite are looking for an Architect with multi-sector design and technical experience. Demonstrable knowledge of Education, Commercial Office, Defence or Healthcare project delivery would be preferable. You will be required to work closely with the Bristol Studio Architectural Management team to help nurture and develop the Architectural capability within the team.
Key Tasks
1. Becoming integral to the multi-sector design offer, working closely with other disciplines to develop and secure key opportunities.
2. To assist with bidding opportunities in the sector in the UK and overseas.
3. To develop the Architecture brand in the region, principally through quality of delivery and design.
4. To support the development of design quality within the business.
5. To support the development of the volume of work won and successfully delivered.
6. To engage in developing design talent and performance within the business.
7. To support the Architectural Management team in growing the business and meeting financial targets.
8. Undertake the role of Project Architect across a varied portfolio of Design Projects.
Qualifications
1. You will be a professionally qualified Architect with recognised experience of Multi-Sector Design and technical delivery.
2. Experience of relevant design standards for Education, Defence and Health sectors.
3. You will also bring a background of process and delivery for projects working within successful developed systems based on key principles of evidence-based design.
4. The building of Client relationships needs to be easy and rapid and is usually based on trust and understanding. This is an area where you will have good experience.
5. You must have the ability to direct teams.
6. Have excellent attention to detail, efficiency and quality.
7. Be a people person and be a good communicator with both clients and professional delivery staff.
8. Capable of working without direct supervision and be competitive and ambitious in nature.
9. ARB Registered and preferably RIBA Chartered.
10. Good experience in the use of REVIT.
