Customer Team Member
Location: Griffiths Drive Wednesfield, Wolverhampton, WV11 2LJ
Pay: £12.60 per hour
Contract: 12 hours per week + regular overtime, permanent contract, part‑time
Working pattern: varied shifts including early mornings (store opening), afternoons, late evenings (store closing) and weekends, to be discussed at interview

What You'll Do
* Friendly and thoughtful service – put customers first in everything you do: respond to queries, champion Co‑op products and Membership, and deliver a great shopping experience
* Work together to make everyone's day better – support your store colleagues to solve problems for customers and members
* Make sure the store is safe and legal – keep the shelves stocked and ensure prices, dates, and temperatures are all accurate
* Help introduce new products and services – make changes feel natural, sharing experiences with your colleagues so everyone learns together
* Support your local community – get involved in all kinds of activities and events

* Great people skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with customers and colleagues
* A positive approach to change and problem solving
