A well-established (30 years) leading materials handling company based in the York area are looking for an experienced Field Service Engineer with a mechanical bias, to join the business. This role is working on a Monday to Friday days shift and salary is £33k - £40k.
Responsibilities
* Maintaining all manual handling equipment, FLT, Cherry Pickers on customer sites within a 50 mile radius of York
Requirements
* Paid door to door service van, tablet, mobile, PPE provided
* Valid driving licence essential
* Thorough examination inspection (LOLER & PUWER regs) trained is beneficial
* Equipment operator licenses preferred
* At least 3 years’ experience in same or related mechanical industry
* Must be able to work well as a team and on own initiative
