Sales Support Executive - Changan / XPENG
Are you passionate about providing exceptional customer service and supporting the success of our sales team at approved Hull? We’re seeking a dedicated Sales Support Executive to join our business support function.
Your day to day will include:
* Provide administrative and operational support to the sales team.
* Manage incoming customer enquiries professionally via email, phone, and portals.
* Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive satisfaction and retention.
* Ensure compliance with FCA audits, service agreements, and internal standards.
What We’re Looking For
* Experience in customer service, sales support, or a similar administrative role.
* Strong communication skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks accurately.
* Confident using internal systems to process orders and manage enquiries.
* A proactive team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
