TheRole
Youwilldeliverabroadrangeoffiresafetysurveyingservices,includingcompartmentationsurveys,firedoorinspections,andPAS9980FRAEWappraisalsforexternalwallsystems.Youwillalsoreviewfirestrategies,providecleartechnicaladviceto clients,andcontributetomaintainingstrongclientrelationships.Therolewillinvolvementoringjuniorstaffandsupportingthewiderbuildingsurveyingteamwithgeneralsurveying,conditionreporting,partywall,anddefectmatters.
KeyResponsibilities
* Leadandmanagefiresafetysurveyingprojectsfromsurveytoreporting
* Undertakecompartmentationsurveys,firedoorinspections,andexternalwallassessments(PAS9980FRAEW)
* Reviewfirestrategiesandprovideprofessionaladvicetoclients
* Buildandmaintainstrongclientrelationshipswhileidentifyingnewbusinessopportunities
* Supportthewiderbuildingsurveyingteamwithgeneralsurveying,conditionreports,partywallmatters,anddefectinvestigations
* Mentorjuniorteammembersandsharetechnicalknowledgeacrossthepractice
* Ensurecompliancewithrelevantstatutoryregulations,buildingsafetylegislation,andprofessionalstandards
