This is a varied and rewarding role where no two days are the same. Youll be on the frontline of patient care, working with a compassionate team that values professionalism, confidentiality, and top-tier service. This role would be ideal for a person who has previous experience in a care environment or someone with good experience as an administrator.
What You'll Do:
1. Greet and check-in patients with warmth and professionalism
2. Book appointments and manage phone, email, and face-to-face queries
3. Process prescription requests and update patient records accurately
4. Handle payments, post, faxes, emails, and other administrative tasks
5. Keep the reception area and consulting rooms tidy and well-stocked
6. Manage patient registrations and support online service queries
