Acosta Europe is a leading sales and marketing agency that values its people. We are currently seeking Seasonal Field Sales Executives to represent our partner, Nestlé.
The festive season increases demand for Nestlé products. As a Seasonal Field Sales Executive, you will work with a team responsible for boosting Nestlé Confectionery brand performance, awareness, and availability across UK retailers. Your role involves retail store visits within a defined territory, driving brand sales to increase turnover and market share. The goal is to secure additional display spaces and maintain them throughout the season.
The role runs from September to 23rd December, covering top four grocery retailers nationwide. It is a full-time position, working 7.5 hours daily between 07:00 and 19:00.

As a Field Sales Executive, you will:
* Build relationships with key retail decision-makers (department and store managers)
* Identify and implement in-store merchandising opportunities to increase brand visibility and availability, ensuring stock levels are maintained
* Ensure Nestlé’s promotional activities are executed and products are correctly displayed with good availability
Skills to develop in this role include Relationship Building, Product Knowledge, Commercial Awareness, Influencing, and Negotiation.
We are looking for candidates with experience in FMCG, retail, or sales, though motivated individuals from other sectors are also encouraged to apply. A full manual driving licence and ability to travel within the territory are required.
