Construction Estimator | Building Contractor | Essex | £65,000£75,000 + Car + Bonus + BenefitsDue to continued growth and a strong pipeline of repeat business, a long-established building contractor is looking to appoint an experienced Construction Estimator to join their team in Essex.This role offers the opportunity to work closely alongside the company Directors, taking genuine ownership of tenders and playing an important role within a supportive, family-run business environment.Projects typically range from £50k to £2m across the commercial, education, healthcare, residential, and refurbishment sectors.The CompanyThis well-established building contractor has built an excellent reputation for delivering high-quality projects across Essex and the surrounding areas, with a strong proportion of repeat business and negotiated work.The business is known for its down-to-earth and supportive culture, where individuals are trusted, respected, and given genuine responsibility.
