Responsibilities
* Overseeing the delivery of high‑profile façade and cladding projects.
* Managing project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
* Coordinating with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure project success.
* Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and quality standards.
* Nationwide travel across project sites; candidates must be willing and able to travel across Nottingham, Leeds, Sheffield, Birmingham, and Leicester.
* When working away, a 10% salary bonus applies, reflecting travel and living away demands.
Qualifications
* Strong management skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Project (especially for Project Managers).
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
* Technical proficiency and a robust understanding of health & safety regulations.
* Must be located within a practical commuting distance to specified regional sites.
