Overview
At TD SYNNEX, we are looking for a detail-driven Sales Order Executive to support our internal sales function. The role involves ensuring order accuracy, building strong relationships, and helping the business achieve its goals.
What You'll Be Doing
* Process daily sales orders and quotations accurately, including electronic order handling.
* Support all aspects of sales activity to help achieve team and company targets.
* Prioritise tasks to meet agreed deadlines and service level agreements.
* Take ownership of customer queries, ensuring efficient and professional resolution.
* Build strong relationships with Internal Sales teams.
* Escalate issues promptly to the Sales Operations Team Leader or Manager.
* Proactively support the business, including working shift patterns as required.
