Role Purpose
The HSQE Advisor will provide day-to-day support on HSQE compliance, audits, and training across projects in the North region.
Key Responsibilities
* Conduct audits, inspections, and toolbox talks on project sites.
* Support project managers with risk assessments and method statements.
* Advise site teams on compliance and best practice.
* Assist with incident investigations and corrective actions.
* Maintain accurate HSQE records and reporting.
Qualifications
Desirable Experience / Skills
* Experience in utilities or infrastructure.
* ISO internal auditor training.
Essential Requirements
* Previous experience in a HSQE advisory role.
* NEBOSH General Certificate (minimum).
* Strong knowledge of health & safety legislation.
* Good communication and influencing skills.
