Job Title: Business Development Manager – Industrial & Driving Recruitment sector

Salary: £30k to £40k + Uncapped Commission
Hours: 8.00am-4.30pm or 8.30am-5.00pm

Due to an exciting period of growth within our Coventry team, we are seeking a Business Development Manager specialising in selling industrial and driving solutions. This role is heavily focused on selling our recruitment services to clients, ensuring they have access to the best talent across the county. You will be responsible for business development, client relationship management, and delivering tailored workforce solutions within the industrial and driving sector. This role is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives on securing new clients and wants to play a key part in expanding our market presence.
Key Responsibilities:
* Business Development: Identify and target new business opportunities, expanding our client base within the industrial and driving sector.
* Sales & Client Engagement: Actively promote our recruitment services to businesses, building strong relationships with key decision-makers.
* Client Relationship Management: Maintain and develop partnerships with existing clients, understanding their hiring needs and providing customised recruitment solutions.
* Market Research & Networking: Stay informed on industry trends, competitors, and regulatory requirements to provide clients with up-to-date insights.
* Negotiation & Closing Deals: Manage contract negotiations, service agreements, and ensure successful onboarding of new clients.
* Collaboration with Recruitment Team: Work closely with recruiters to ensure high-quality candidates are placed in roles that meet client expectations.
* Internal Collaboration: Partner with recruitment consultants to ensure top-quality candidates are placed and the service delivery is seamless
What We’re Looking For:
* Proven experience ideally in recruitment, preferably within the industrial and/or driving sector.
* A strong sales background with a track record of winning new business and securing long-term client relationships.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
* A proactive and results-oriented mindset with a drive to exceed targets.
* Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance requirements in the driving sector is desirable.
