The Role As an SEN Teaching Assistant in Finchley, you will support pupils with Autism, speech and language needs, ADHD, learning difficulties, and sensory processing challenges. Support may be delivered on a 1:1 basis, within small groups, or across the classroom. You will help pupils access learning, manage emotions, and develop social and communication skills, working closely with teachers and SEN specialists.
