The Senior Sales Manager will
* Report to the General Manager
* Have a strong commercial outlook, be sales and revenue driven, determined to achieve results, and be able to demonstrate your network knowledge
* Develop both new business and account manage the business from predominantly Corporate, MICE, and Leisure Groups, knowledge of other sectors is an asset
* Manage a sales office team of four, Reservations, Events and Marketing
As Senior Sales Manager you will have
* Experience of being a Sales Manager, Senior Sales Manager, Director of Sales as a minimum.
* High standards, a can-do attitude, be results driven and have excellent attention to detail.
* A strong commercial outlook, be sales and revenue driven, determined to achieve results.
* The flexibility to visit clients, a good understanding of the Cambridgeshire area
* Excellent man management, customer care, communication, account management and negotiation skills.
You must have worked within hospitality, currently live in the UK to apply for this role and have the right to work.
