Recovery Worker - Supported Housing
Location: Liverpool
Salary: £23,810 per annum
Job Type: Permanent, 37.5 hours per week
About the Role
We are seeking caring, flexible, and creative individuals who thrive under pressure and enjoy helping others achieve independence. As part of Waythrough's Derwent Square, a mental health supported housing project, you will work with residents to develop personal support plans, helping them maintain tenancy and independence in the community.
About Derwent Square
Derwent Square offers supported housing for five residents, focusing on a recovery model to provide stability and skill development. Support services include living skills, medication management, and peer support, all aimed at empowering residents to flourish independently.
Candidate Profile
* No relevant experience required; full training provided.
* Understanding of mental health issues and/or lived experience is welcomed.
* Caring, compassionate, empathetic, and enthusiastic about helping others.
* Ability to work independently and within a team.
* Willingness to participate in a weekly rota system and on-call duties.
