The successful BREEAM Consultant will:
* Act as the primary lead on a wide range of certification projects, ensuring sustainability is integrated from the early design stages through to final post construction assessment.
* Manage the full BREEAM assessment process for a diverse portfolio of new construction and refurbishment projects.
* Provide expert advice to design teams, architects, and contractors to ensure sustainability targets are met efficiently and cost-effectively.
* Assist clients in developing overarching sustainability strategies that go beyond simple compliance.
* Produce high quality pre-assessment reports and final certification filings.
* Collaboration: Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure a seamless flow of information across the project lifecycle.
We are looking for BREEAM Consultant who:
* Is comfortable working independently while maintaining high standards of communication.
* Has proven experience in a sustainability consultancy role with a focus on BREEAM assessments.
* Ideally holds a licensed BREEAM Assessor accreditation.
* Has a strong understanding of the UK planning system and evolving building regulations.
* Is able to write reports and has the confidence to lead client facing meetings.
