Digital Project Manager - Pension's experience
My client is looking for a Digital Delivery/Project Manager to work on a 3-month initial remote contract with some ad hoc travel.
Key Skills
* Delivery of internal web application/solution to provide:
o Account Management, Contact Management, and Case Management for Pensions administrators
o Knowledge Base, Interactions Management, and Marketing for Digital Engagement Team
* Delivery of Member Mobile App:
o Uses the functionality/core journeys from broader Digital Product deliveries as a basis for a broader rollout across Pensions
* Pensions experience is highly desirable
* Delivery of Contact Centre specific workstreams which will integrate AWS (Contact solution) with MS Dynamics product suite including:
o Telephony: Core capability for telephony configured for client-specific deliveries
o Chat/Chatbot: Core Chatbot and Webchat (agent assist) capability for voice configured for client-specific deliveries
o WFM: Workforce management for contact centre
