Provide training and support to stakeholders on new processes and systems. Monitor performance metrics to ensure the ongoing success of process improvements. About You: Proven experience as a Business Process Analyst, preferably within IT. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail. Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities. Proficient in process modeling tools and methodologies (e.g., BPMN, Lean, Six Sigma).
