Role Overview

Business Development Manager
, you will play a key role in shaping and delivering our planned service contract strategy across the UK. You will be responsible for both
new business acquisition
and
strategic account development
, ensuring that Plasma Clean Air is the partner of choice for facilities managers, kitchen operators, and contractors nationwide.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute a structured sales strategy to win new planned service contract customers across the UK.
* Expand and strengthen existing service accounts, identifying opportunities for growth through upselling and cross-selling.
* Establish strong relationships with stakeholders including facilities managers, kitchen operators, consultants, and contractors.
* Consistently meet or exceed agreed sales and revenue targets.
* Collaborate closely with the service delivery team to ensure seamless customer onboarding and high levels of client satisfaction.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records and provide regular sales performance reporting.
* Represent Plasma Clean Air at industry events, client meetings, and networking opportunities to enhance our market presence.
Candidate Profile
* Demonstrable track record of success in
B2B sales
* Proven ability to build long-term client relationships and successfully manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to close.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills.
* Highly self-motivated, with strong commercial awareness and a strategic mindset.
* Full UK driving licence desirable, with flexibility to travel to clients as required.
