Key Responsibilities
* Underwrite regulated and unregulated bridging loan applications in line with credit policy and risk appetite.
* Assess borrower profiles, property security, exit strategies, and overall deal viability.
* Manage a pipeline of live cases, liaising with brokers, solicitors, valuers, and internal teams through to completion.
About You
* Proven experience underwriting bridging finance within a specialist lending environment.
* Strong understanding of short term property lending, security types, and exit strategies.
* Experience making commercially balanced credit decisions in a fast paced setting.
