They are now looking to recruit a Solicitor / Barrister with specific inquest experience who will be undertaking a wide range of advisory work for the NHS and other public and private organisations operating in the Health and Social Care Sector.
Job Description
As a Inquests Solicitor/Barrister your duties will include:
3. Manage and represent clients in inquests, ensuring thorough preparation and attention to detail.
4. Provide expert advice and guidance on inquest-related matters.
5. Draft legal documents and correspondence relevant to the inquest process.
6. Maintain accurate and comprehensive case records and documentation.
7. Collaborate with clients, witnesses, and other professionals effectively.
8. Conduct legal research to support case preparation and strategy.
9. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Inquests Solicitor/Barrister should have experience of attending and dealing with advocacy at Inquests. Please note the level of experience identified in the advert is a guide only and does not preclude candidates with more or less experience from applying.
