🎯 Account Manager – Approved Venues

📍 Location: N.W London | 🕒 Full-Time | 💼 Competitive Salary + Benefits

We’re looking for an experienced Account Manager to oversee and develop our portfolio of approved venues across London, building strong relationships with venue teams, agencies, caterers, and high-profile clients to deliver exceptional events from start to finish.


👥 About the Role

As the Account Manager for Approved Venues, you’ll be the go-to contact for venue partners and their clients – from handling initial enquiries and creating compelling proposals to managing end-to-end delivery. You’ll work closely with creative, production, and technical teams to shape event solutions that bring spaces to life, while also identifying commercial opportunities and maintaining consistent brand standards.


đź—ť Key Responsibilities

* Build and nurture long-term relationships with venue stakeholders and their client base
* Act as the first point of contact for all venue-related enquiries, proposals, and site visits
* Develop creative and commercially viable event proposals in collaboration with internal teams
* Manage event briefs, ensuring clear understanding of client goals and venue capabilities
* Maintain strong working relationships with associated suppliers (agencies, caterers, etc.)
* Identify and convert sales opportunities, including cross-selling additional services
* Ensure all financial processes – from quoting to invoicing – align with targets and expectations
* Provide operational insights on venue logistics to support smooth project delivery
* Represent the brand professionally and consistently in all communications and client interactions
* Support business development strategies by sharing valuable market and venue insights


🛠 What You’ll Need

* Experience in event account management, venue liaison, or a similar client-facing role
* Strong knowledge of event production processes and equipment (preferred)
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a high-pressure environment
* Strong financial acumen and confidence working with quotes and budgets
* Familiarity with Microsoft Office and internal CRM/diary systems
* A proactive, detail-focused mindset with exceptional organisational skills
