This role will involve elements of customer service, shipping & logistics. Full training will be given across all areas.

Full time, permanent position
Base Salary of Circa £26k Per Annum, Negotiable DOE
Hartlepool office location
37 hours per week, core working hours of 8am-4.15pm, Monday to Friday.

THE BUSINESS
Our fantastic client is a specialist within the Manufacturing sphere. They seek to appoint a Customer Service Administrator who has the ambition and appetite to begin a career within Shipping and Logistics. This role is packed with training and opportunity.
THE ROLE
Processing sales invoices and quotations
Coordinating shipping documentation for outgoing goods
Liaising with shipping providers to ensure cost-effective solutions
Handling sales order communications via email and telephone
Performing general administrative tasks (e.g. filing, photocopying, labelling)
THE PERSON
Strong Administrative background
Comfortable with phone work, liaising with clients, customers and suppliers
Experience within data entry
Keen to learn and progress (Lots of training will be given)
Sage experience (Or any financial knowledge) would be beneficial (Training available)
Shipping/Logistics knowledge would be beneficial (Training available)
