Key Responsibilities
* Accurately process supplier invoices and ensure all information is recorded correctly
* Match invoices with purchase orders and delivery documentation
* Liaise with internal departments to confirm approvals and resolve any discrepancies
* Reconcile supplier accounts and manage payment schedules
* Prepare and process regular BACS payments
* Maintain clear and accurate records of all financial transactions
* Assist with month-end reporting and identify opportunities to improve processes
