What you’ll do on a typical day:
To advocate and deliver process improvement opportunities by using lean techniques and continuous improvement tools
* Work with the HR Manager to ensure any impact on people is identified and an appropriate communication plan is devised and delivered to support the CI initiative
* Maintain a great working relationship with all teams internally and externally, through building understanding of an automated warehouse environment and customers’ expectations
* Communicate progress updates utilising appropriate communication methods ensuring relevant information is shared across the site at all levels
What you need to succeed at GXO:
Lean Six Sigma Green Belt and practical knowledge of Lean and six sigma
* Experience of tracking benefits from initiatives to understand how to accurately reflect/account for changes
* Knowledge and hands on experience of implementation of continuous improvement programmes and Lean solutions to support productivity
