Join Our Team as a Chef de Partie!
Are you ready to take your culinary skills to the next level? As a Chef de Partie at Butlin’s, you’ll play a vital role in delivering our delicious food propositions while working in a fun and dynamic environment. You’ll assist our talented Sous Chef and Head Chef, managing your own section of the kitchen and ensuring every dish meets our high standards.
Your Responsibilities
* Lead Your Section: Oversee the preparation, cooking, and presentation of dishes, ensuring adherence to recipe specifications and brand standards.
* Team Management: Supervise and mentor a small team of commis chefs, fostering a collaborative and efficient kitchen atmosphere.
* Food Safety: Uphold food safety policies and maintain a clean, organized workstation, setting a standard for your team.
* Daily Operations: Manage daily kitchen operations in the absence of the Sous Chef, ensuring efficiency and compliance.
* Budget Control: Work alongside the Head Chef and Sous Chef to manage budget margins and complete daily food diaries.
What We’re Looking For

* Experience: Previous experience in a similar kitchen role is essential.
* Qualifications: Level 3 Food Safety qualification is required.

Working Conditions
You’ll typically work five days a week, covering 40 hours in total. Flexibility is key, as you’ll be part of a vibrant kitchen team that values collaboration and creativity.
