Are you a friendly, organised individual with a passion for customer service? Do you thrive in a dynamic environment? If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you! We are seeking a cheerful and professional Receptionist to join our client's team on a part-time basis in Erith.
Location: Erith (free parking on site/5 min walk from station)
Start: ASAP
Days & Hours: Thursdays & Fridays 8.30am - 5.00pm
What You'll Do:
As the Receptionist, you'll be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors. Your role will be essential in creating a welcoming atmosphere while supporting our business development team with essential administrative tasks.
* Greet Visitors: Welcome clients and guests with a warm smile and assist them with their inquiries.
* Reception Duties: Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence efficiently and professionally.
* Support Admin: Provide administrative support to our business development team, helping to streamline operations and enhance team productivity.
* Maintain Area: Keep the reception area neat and organised, ensuring a professional and inviting environment.
* Data Entry: Help with data entry and maintain accurate records for the team.
To succeed in this role, you should possess:
