What you'll do: Responsibility for providing support to dedicated geographical areas and regions Will require the visiting of project within the region, with the flexibility of working out of any of the offices in the region/s or remotely as required. Provide support in pre-construction phase as required to ensure projects are ready to deliver a quality product to our clients Provide support on the use of our QC Processes and Procedures across the full RCG Project Lifecycle Liaise with the Business System & Digital Team to ensure support is in place to enable full adoption of, and best in class use of digital tools (Such as Autodesk Construction Cloud - ACC), to support quality control planning and management Carry out advisory visits and QC reviews/recommendations to site teams on works being undertaken at time of visit and in particular high-risk packages with a written report as an output Provide key support on lessons learned, best practice, and will facilitate CPD lessons for key works packages. Perform regular reviews of QC reporting to help understand key QC issue trends by building types, works packages and specific suppliers, so that we can then use as key lessons learned and improvement areas. Engage with Aftercare managers to ensure Post Handover defects are recorded and communicated so learning is taking place What you'll need: Experience and knowledge of ISO Standards and associated Systems and transition of Systems to meet the evolving ISO Standards IRCA ISO 9001 Internal Auditor qualified Experience of internal auditing across a variety of Systems Experience of Management Systems across a diverse group of companies Excellent written and verbal communication skills and an ability to influence as required IT literacy including all Microsoft Office 365 applications (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) A valid driving licence, a willingness to travel to Robertson offices and project sites and the ability to undertake overnight stays away from home HNC/HND qualified in relevant discipline About You: As a Regional Quality Manager you’ll have either a construction related degree or be from a trade background with construction management experience, hold a valid CSCS card, be SMSTS qualified and be competent in Health and Safety practice with good first aid knowledge. With a strong project pipeline, the Regional Quality Manager role will give you the opportunity to really grow and develop your skills providing continuing support for all our on-site teams.
