Responsibilities
* Lead and inspire a dedicated team of pharmacy assistants, technicians, and pharmacists across both St Helier and Epsom sites.
* Shape the future of outpatient services by modernising systems, re‑inventing processes, and improving patient experience.
* Apply your hospital expertise to navigate hospital prescribing, hospital‑only medicines, and formulary systems, ensuring safe and effective supply across all specialties.
* Bring commercial insight from community pharmacy experience (if you have it) to strengthen service delivery and patient care.
* Drive change with proven managerial and transformation skills, re‑invigorating the service to meet evolving patient and Trust needs.
* Collaborate with colleagues across clinics and specialties to ensure seamless, patient‑centred care.
* Champion professional standards by delivering a pharmacy service that is compassionate, efficient, and aligned with NHS values.
Location
Please note: This role is primarily based at our St Helier site, with one day each week spent at Epsom Hospital — giving you the opportunity to grow your skills and make an impact across both of our busy, dynamic locations.
