HR Systems Support Officer
17.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, Hours Flexible
Permanent
£30, - £30, pro rata / £16.58 - £16.92 per hour (including Distant Islands Allowance)

As our HR Systems Support Officer, you will work closely with the HR Adviser team to support the smooth operation of the Council’s staffing establishment systems. You’ll be responsible for administering establishment changes in the HR and Payroll system, assisting with recruitment processes, and providing support to the HR Operations team.
You’ll be part of a small, busy team in a fast-paced environment, where your ability to prioritise, communicate effectively, and maintain confidentiality will be key. Flexible and hybrid working options are available.
The minimum knowledge required for this role can be evidenced by either holding an SVQ3 or equivalent qualification at SCQF6/7 in a relevant subject, or having a minimum of 3 years’ experience in an administrative or HR support role.
