What you’ll be doing:
* Safely operate a Class 1 HGV vehicle for RDC and depot deliveries around Burton and surrounding areas
* Plan and follow efficient routes to ensure timely parcel delivery and collection
* Complete daily vehicle checks and report any defects or issues promptly
* Maintain accurate delivery and vehicle records in line with company policies
* Adhere strictly to Health & Safety and transport regulations at all times
* Provide excellent customer service when representing the parcel distributor
* Communicate effectively with the depot and management team regarding schedules and deliveries
Days: £18.91
Nights: £20.28
This role uses rolled-up holiday pay. A holiday pay uplift of 12.07% is included in your hourly rate and paid with each regular salary payment. You will not receive a separate payment for holiday entitlement when it is taken, and this will be itemised on your payslip
