Your new role
We are currently recruiting SEN Teaching Assistants to start after the Easter half-term across Coventry and Warwickshire. These roles are predominantly long‑term, ranging from one term to the full academic year.
You will support SEND learners on a 1:1 or small‑group basis, and be responsible for helping students regulate, engage and progress through structured routines, therapeutic approaches and personalised support plans.
What you'll need to succeed
1. Experience supporting children or young people with additional needs (schools, nurseries, residential care, youth work or similar)
2. Confidence supporting pupils with Autism, ADHD, Global Delay, Down Syndrome, SEMH orplex learning needs
3. A calm, patient and resilient approach
4. Flexibility andmitment to supporting pupils for the duration of the placement
5. Strongmunication skills and the ability to build positive, trusting relationships
