Work closely with the Senior Management Team to help monitor strategic development and change management. Help and support the Digital SMT communicate complex information in a simple and understandable way to non-technical staff. Analyse and produce monthly reports of business planning performance data including comparison with contractual related information. Monitor the delivery of activity, raising concerns in a timely manner and identifying appropriate corrective actions.
Follow and lead on improvement of existing processes which enable consistent and accurate business information collection to will inform future planning, service improvement and re-design within the organisation. Provide input into the planning of any service development including change within the division/directorate as appropriate, ensure that divisional/directorate objectives are affordable within available resources consistent with organisational strategy.
