We’re now looking for a strategic, people-focused Director of Resources to join our senior leadership team at a pivotal moment in our development. As one of two Directors working alongside the Chief Executive, you'll play a vital role in shaping our future direction and ensuring operational excellence across finance, HR, IT, volunteering, and estates.
About the Role
This is a key senior leadership position offering both strategic influence and hands-on direction.
You will:
* Provide strategic oversight across multiple functions, including Finance, IT, HR, Volunteering, and Operations.
* Financial Leadership: Provide financial leadership to support and influence decision making by the Senior Leadership Team and Council of Trustees.
* Drive transformation initiatives to improve systems, processes, and service delivery.
* Champion organisational culture and team development, nurturing senior leaders across your functions.
* Lead the development of our new volunteering strategy, creating a more cohesive, community-led model.
* Ensure robust governance, compliance, and financial sustainability.
