We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Food and Beverage Supervisor to oversee daily operations within our hotel. Responsibilities
* Supervise and coordinate the activities of kitchen and service staff to ensure efficient operation
* Oversee food preparation, cooking, and presentation to meet quality standards
* Manage food safety protocols in accordance with health regulations
* Assist with food production, ensuring timely delivery of dishes during service hours
* Provide leadership and training to team members, fostering a positive working environment
* Monitor service delivery to ensure guest satisfaction and handle any complaints professionally
* Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen and dining areas
* Collaborate with management on menu planning, stock control, and operational improvements
* Ensure compliance with all relevant hospitality regulations and standards
Experience
* Proven supervising experience within a restaurant or hotel environment
* Strong background in food preparation, cooking, and culinary techniques
* Experience in food safety management and food production processes
* Familiarity with restaurant or hospitality operations, including serving and barista experience is advantageous
* Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage a diverse team effectively
* Previous experience in kitchen or hotel settings preferred but not essential for highly motivated candidates with relevant skills in food safety, hospitality, or culinary arts
