The 340B Program Senior Technician supports the integrity and compliance of the 340B Drug Pricing Program through independent, detail-oriented work. This role requires a high level of autonomy and accountability. Key Responsibilities Include: Reviewing prescriptions for 340B eligibility by analyzing patient medical records, pharmacy systems, and insurance plans. Creating and maintaining Excel-based reports and formulas to validate qualified claims and identify inconsistencies. Performing and documenting self-audits of the 340B process to monitor compliance and support program accuracy. High School diploma or GED and two (2) years of related experience required. Currently registered or eligible to be registered as a pharmacy technician or pharmacy intern/extern by the Alabama Board of Pharmacy (ALBOP) required. Active registration will be required prior to date of hire. Currently certified as a Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) by the Pharmacy Technician Certification Board (PTCB) or other nationally recognized and accredited certification program requiring examination.
