Job Description
1. Oversee and manage mergers and acquisitions transactions from inception to completion.
2. Provide strategic legal advice to clients on M&A-related matters.
3. Draft, review, and negotiate complex legal documents and contracts.
4. Conduct due diligence and identify potential risks in transactions.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless deal execution.
6. Stay updated on regulatory changes and industry trends impacting M&A activities.
7. Advocate for clients in negotiations to achieve favorable outcomes.
8. Maintain strong client relationships and provide ongoing legal guidance.
