Mercier Consultancy MD is pleased to announce an opportunity for a Polish Speaking Customer Support Representative, with the added benefit of paid relocation to Sofia, Bulgaria. This role is essential in delivering high-quality support to our esteemed Polish-speaking clients. As a part of our dedicated team, you will ensure the efficient handling of customer inquiries and foster positive relationships that enhance overall customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive customer support to Polish-speaking clients via various channels including telephone, email, and chat.
- Respond accurately to inquiries regarding products, services, and company policies in a timely manner.
- Efficiently resolve customer issues and complaints, thus ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Maintain meticulous records of customer interactions and resolutions in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with different departments to facilitate effective solutions to client needs.
- Keep abreast of the latest product knowledge, services, and industry trends to enhance the quality of customer support.
- Fluency in Polish (both written and spoken) is mandatory; proficiency in English is advantageous.
- Experience in customer service or support roles is highly preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer relations.
- Proficient problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to addressing customer concerns.
- Familiarity with customer service software and CRM systems is beneficial.
- Capacity to work both independently and collaboratively within a dynamic team environment.
- A willingness to relocate to Sofia, Bulgaria, and adapt to a new cultural landscape.
