4 DAY WEEK - IMMEDIATE START. A fantastic opportunity for a Production Operative to work with our client in Donington. Ongoing long-term role that will lead to a permanent position following the completion of a trial period. Working Monday to Thursday 6.30 am - 6 pm Days or 6.45 pm - 6.45am Nights. (42 hours per week)

Our client expects:
* Experience of lathes, beam saws, mills, moulders and/or spindle moulders.
* Fluent in English.
* Experience following a production schedule.
* Excellent numeracy skills.
* Previous moulder operations and the ability to read CAD drawings would be an advantage.
The role will involve:
* Manually setting and feeding machines to standard operating procedures and in a fast paced, manufacturing environment.
* Following a production schedule to achieve the time scales set and quality standards expected.
* Complete all relevant documents accurately.
* Take part in meetings/teams/projects as required.
* Maintain a safe, neat and tidy working area in line with 5S Housekeeping standards.
* Carry out all other duties as required.

Hourly pay rate:
* DAYS £12.50 per hour
* NIGHTS £13.18 per hour
