We are expanding our community care services across Rhyl, Prestatyn and surrounding areas and are looking for dedicated Home Care Assistants to join our growing team.
What you’ll do
* Provide person‑centred care and support to adults in their own homes.
* Assist with daily living tasks such as personal care, meal preparation, medication prompts, companionship and community access.
* Build meaningful relationships with people and help them achieve their personal goals.
* Promote independence, dignity and choice at all times.
* Work in a professional, reliable and compassionate manner.
What you’ll need
* Full UK driving licence and access to your own car.
* Caring, reliable and patient nature.
* Good communication skills.
* Willingness to undertake training (including mandatory care training).
* Ability to work independently and as part of a supportive team.
* Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
* Ability to follow care plans and instructions accurately.
* Previous experience in a similar role is a plus.
* DBS check (can be completed during recruitment).
