Contract: Permanent - Full time
Hours of work: 9am - 5pm, Monday - Friday

Our client is an Industry leading facilities management company which covers over 30,000 properties across the island of Ireland.
The Role:
Are you an organised detailed driven professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment? Our client is looking for proactive and reliable administrator to become an essential part of new team.
Main duties
* Handling telephone enquiries.
* Scheduling works on a daily basis via the company software system
* A technical knowledge of maintenance
* Uphold Data Protection Policies
* General office duties
* Demonstrate a high level of knowledge and experience in the managing programming of Engineers and sub-contractors.
What they are looking for:
* Grade C or above in English and Maths at GCSE Level (Higher and Further education desirable)
* Computer literate, particularly with knowledge of Word and Excel
* Administration qualification or demonstrable 5 years' experience required
* Excellent demonstrable customer service
* Experience of dealing with the general public in a professional manner
* Demonstrable experience of working within a performance driven environment and to tight deadlines ensuring KPI's are delivered
