Regional Marketing Executive
Location: Long Eaton/Hybrid
Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday. Fixed term: 6 months
Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 pro-rata
Purpose and Vision
As a Regional Marketing Executive, you will be the driving force behind your region's local sales and marketing activities. Partnering with Managers and Regional Operation Managers (ROMs), this role is designed to support registrations and ensure our sales and marketing approach embraces our local heroes.
Building Meaningful Relationships
The tools, processes, and ways of working for all sales-related activities need to be streamlined for the end users (our Nurseries) to enable them to convert sales effectively. They also need the right training, dashboards, and attitudes to identify and capitalize on local marketing opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
1. Understanding how to drive our key metrics - registrations, conversions, and enrollments - and helping our teams to understand how to effectively 'sell' their nurseries.
2. Partnering with Regional Operation Managers (ROMs) and managers to ensure our sites are proactive and strategic in their local marketing and social media activities.
3. Ensuring the efficiency of all sales/marketing activities and pipelines using tools like HubSpot, Famly, Canva, and providing regular training to team members.
Objectives and Impact
1. Ensure that sites meet enrollment targets, providing training on systems where necessary.
2. Work with nurseries to implement effective social media and local marketing strategies.
3. Oversee digital health initiatives, enhancing our review strategy on Day Nurseries and Google.
4. Deliver remarkable customer tours and open days consistently.
Essential Skills and Qualifications
* Experience in marketing or a sector requiring people skills.
* A people person who understands the needs of local operations and their customers.
* Knowledge of HubSpot and Canva is preferable.
