At wed2b, our Bridal Sales Consultants combine a genuine care for every customer with a personal drive for delivering results. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working towards targets, while also creating a supportive and personalised experience for each bride.
What You'll Be Doing
* Deliver a welcoming, professional in-store experience for every bride and their guests
* Build rapport quickly and understand each customer's style, needs, and budget
* Recommend and style wedding dresses and accessories with confidence
* Guide customers through the decision-making process in a supportive, consultative way
* Work towards individual sales targets and contribute to overall store performance
* Collaborate with a small team to maintain a positive and results-driven environment
What We're Looking For
* Previous experience in retail sales or a customer-facing role
* A target-driven mindset with a focus on achieving results
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* A naturally empathetic and customer-focused approach
* Confidence in styling or an interest in fashion (preferred)
* Availability to work weekends, including Saturdays
Pay & Benefits
