Customer Engagement Officer Warrington based | £25,000 + bonus As Customer Engagement Officer you’ll be the first point of contact for customers, delivering friendly, professional support from initial enquiry through to course completion. You’ll play a vital role in ensuring every delegate and employer receives a consistently high standard of service. Working closely with the Customer Engagement Lead and the wider team, you’ll help coordinate training courses, manage bookings, maintain customer records, and support the smooth day-to-day running of training operations.
