The Role – Youth Support Worker (Newport Secondary School)
In this role, you will:
Support students within a secondary school environment
Help young people overcome learning and behavioural barriers
Build positive, trusted relationships with pupils
Work alongside teachers, pastoral staff, and SEN teams
Promote confidence, resilience, engagement, and emotional wellbeing
Candidates from retail, care, hospitality, customer service, youth work, sports coaching, or any role involving people skills are encouraged to apply — your transferable skills are highly valued.
