THE ROLE
* Manage a varied caseload including estate and asset protection planning, drafting wills (including tax‑efficient and trust‑based structures), probate planning, estate administration, Powers of Attorney, and Court of Protection matters.
* Supervise, mentor, and develop junior team members.
* Participate in marketing and business development initiatives.
SKILLS REQUIRED
* Private Wealth Solicitors with a minimum of 6 Years PQE.
* Strong experience across wills, trusts, probate, and tax planning.
* Proven ability to manage a varied caseload independently.
* STEP qualification advantageous.
* Outstanding communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work well within a team environment.
