Graduate Psychology Teaching Assistant – What You’ll Do:
* Support pupils across EYFS, KS1, and KS2
* Deliver 1:1 and small group interventions (academic, emotional, social)
* Work closely with children with Autism, ADHD, SEMH, and other additional needs
* Assist with classroom learning and inclusive teaching strategies
* Encourage positive behaviour, emotional regulation, and resilience
* Collaborate with teachers, SENCOs, and external professionals
* Engage children through therapeutic and play-based activities
Graduate Psychology Teaching Assistant – What We’re Looking For:
* A 2:1 degree (or higher) in Psychology or a related subject
* Strong interest in child development and inclusive education
* Experience working with children or young people (schools, tutoring, youth work, SEN)
* Excellent communication skills, empathy, and patience
* Energetic, proactive, and committed to making a difference
* Career ambitions in teaching, educational psychology, or mental health support
