This is a fantastic opportunity for a proven Mechanical Project Manager to take full ownership of mechanical packages from pre-construction through to handover. The role is office and site based, commutable from Northampton, Bedford, Cambridge, and surrounding areas, and offers involvement in high-profile schemes across multiple sectors.
Responsibilities
As Mechanical Project Manager, you will:
Oversee projects from design stage through to commissioning and handover
Lead site teams and subcontractors to deliver on time, within budget, and to quality standards
Act as the main client contact, ensuring smooth communication with all stakeholders
Provide technical input on design, coordination, and value engineering
Manage procurement, subcontractor performance, and commercial reporting
Ensure strict compliance with health & safety standards and company procedures
This opportunity would also suit those currently working as a Mechanical Contracts Manager, Senior Mechanical Project Manager, M&E Project Manager, or HVAC Project Manager within the Building Services sector.

Base Salary:
£70,000 to £85,000 (reflective of experience and seniority)
